The Lincolnshire Junior Development Squad was established in September 2005, following the efforts of Lincoln College (Martin Booth), Lincolnshire Volleyball Association (Janet Inman) and the Community Volleyball Coach (Navaz Sutton).

The programme runs on a weekly basis to provide quality coaching for talented juniors across the county. This provides an outlet for county and potential regional representation.

Juniors are selected through various clubs, schools & community events and are then invited to train with the ever growing  squad. There are now 27 talented juniors training at this level within the programme.
