The Lincolnshire Junior Development Programme was established in September 2005, following the efforts of Lincoln College (Martin Booth), Lincolnshire Volleyball Association and Lincoln Cannons Volleyball Club Chairperson (Navaz Sutton). This provides an outlet for county and potential regional representation for many juniors.

The programme has now moved to the new base for the club, but works and runs in the same way as was originally set out by the above partners. It continues to provide quality coaching for talented and beginner juniors. The training offered is in addition to club sessions where players have a base club.

There are juniors training at many different levels within the programme and anyone under the age of 17 is welcome.
