Naz has been the driving force of Lincoln Cannons Volleyball Club for the past ten years, and is Volleyball England's Current Young Coach of the Year, along with being shortlisted for the 'Community coach of the Year' award at the 2008 Lincolnshire Sports Awards. Naz currently acts as head coach for both Cannons and Leopards, and assistant coach of Lynx. Outside of the club, along with being a Volleyball England Staff Tutor and Coaching Mentor, Naz is an assistant coach with England Cadets and heads up the East Midlands U17 Boys.
Alex Mulligan - Head Coach

Al is a level 2 qualified coach who has played volleyball and been with the club for the last 6 years. Al is the head coach of Deans and the assistant coach of Leopards, but has also set up and coached the Gainsborough Spikers Volleyball club, along with coaching the Lincolnshire Sitting Volleyball Club. At inter regional level, Al is also the current head coach of the East Midlands under 16 girls, and has previously been assistant coach for the under 17 boys.
Donna Lill - Head Coach

Donna is a level 1 qualified coach who, until recently, was the coach of the Lincoln College Volleyball Academy. Donna is head coach of Lynx and has been with the club for the past 6 years, along with representing the University of Lincoln whilst studying there. Donna has been assistant coach of various East Midlands teams in inter regional competitions since 2006, currently fulfilling the assistant coaching role with the under 17 boys team.

Phil is a level 1 qualified coach who has recently taken coaching responsibilities for Lincoln Colleges Academy team. Phil has been with the club since January 2008, following fifteen years away from the sport. Phil began playing whilst at school in Nottinghamshire, and was invited to train with England Juniors and England Under 18's.
Leon O'Mahoney - Assistant Coach

Leon is a level 1 qualified coach who has assumed the role of assistant coach for the Deans team. Leon joined the club in early 2007, having not played since representing the University of Huddersfield in BUSA competitions and the West Yorkshire league four years earlier.
Paul Claxton - Fitness Coach

Pauls coaching qualifications come from managing and coaching junior football teams for a number of years, and he is currently the clubs fitness coach. Paul joined the club while his son Nathan was at the Lincoln College Academy and is now in his third season, having started as a novice.
